Want a way to keep the mess to a minimum while still being able to enjoy a tasty sandwich? Easy fix! Stack it on a skewer. All you need is:

Deli meat (of your choosing)

Cheese (of your choosing)

Bread (of your choosing)

If you want to switch it up, feel free to add in the following suggestions:

Mini pickles (optional)

Grape tomatoes (optional)

Cucumber slices (optional)

Cut deli meat, cheese, and bread into small squares (make sure they’re all about the same length). Pro tip: Fold the meat into a smaller square to get it to stay on the skewer easier. Skewer your items onto bamboo skewers. Repeat until desired. Serve immediately or store chilled for use later!

And last but not least, for on-the-go energy, try these 3 ingredient peanut butter bars!

These bars are great for everyone and are packed with protein to keep you energized all day long. Make ahead to bring with!

All you need is:

Peanut Butter (1/2 cup)

Oats (rolled oats; 1/2 cup)

Dates (1 1/2 cups which is about 32 dates. Packed and pitted! Pro tip: Soak them in warm water for about 10 minutes if they are not sticky and moist)

Add dates into a food processor. Pulse until only small bits remain and dates begin forming a ball. Add peanut butter and oats gradually while still pulsing until incorporated. Scoop mixture out onto a 8×8 parchment lined baking dish and flatten. Put these in the freezer to set up. Once set, slice into 8-10 bars (depending on personal preference of size) and store refrigerated or frozen.

Thank you to for this wonderful recipe!

Keep the heat out of your boat and let the sun make your tea for you. Have you tried making sun tea before? It’s super easy! Prepare your water in a clear container and add tea bags (depending on how strong you like your tea, add in a few more than you normally would) and leave in the sun for about 4-5 hours. Enjoy over ice or add berries and lemon for a refreshing twist! Thanks for the tip,!
